Your private workspace

We store your Sites sign-in identifier, entered planning data, workspace dates, usage counts, and subscription identifiers and status. Plans are stored in Cloudflare D1 and restricted to their signed-in owner. The operator can view account metadata, business names, access dates and notification status for support; financial snapshots in the consultant dashboard require a review request. We do not request bank credentials, government identifiers, or credit reports.

AI assistance

On your request, computed forecast totals and your assistant question are sent to OpenAI. Customer names, item names, and owner notes are excluded from automatic AI prompts, including consultant response drafts. Do not put sensitive data into an assistant question. We request responses not be stored through the API; provider security and abuse-monitoring policies may still apply.

Document-assisted onboarding

If you authorize a PDF/TXT upload, the document contents are sent to OpenAI to propose cash items. Remove sensitive identifiers first. Files are processed temporarily and are not retained in this application. Extracted items enter the saved plan only after your review and save. Provider retention policies may apply even with API storage disabled.

Human reviews

A review request requires your explicit consent. It stores a snapshot of your plan with your sign-in email for the 2C operator to review and respond. A minimal queue notice is emailed to the 2C operator, without financial amounts. AI can draft a response from computed totals; a human reviews and saves the response. No data is automatically shared with a factoring company. Review snapshots remain until deletion through support, even if you clear your working plan.

Providers and payments

OpenAI Sites handles sign-in and delivery. Cloudflare hosts the application and database. When enabled, Stripe handles payment information and subscriptions. We store Stripe identifiers and status, not card details.

Email reminders

If you opt in from Account, we store your sign-in email, reminder preference, unsubscribe token, and delivery status. Resend delivers welcome, weekly, reserve/data-freshness alerts, trial-ending, and review-update messages. Messages contain useful plan dates and attention signals. Cash amounts and action titles are included only if you select detailed summaries. Financial information in email may be visible in inbox previews. You can turn reminders off in Account or use the unsubscribe link. No reminder subscription is enabled by default.

Your choices

We do not sell your data. You can export it and clear your saved planning data from Account. Contact support for account deletion, review-snapshot deletion, or privacy requests. Billing and security records may be retained where required. Essential service cookies and authentication are used. There is no marketing email subscription by default.
