Your planning data

You are responsible for entered balances, dates, and amounts. Forecasts and AI interpretations are estimates, not bank balances, verified financial statements, or guaranteed outcomes. Review them before making decisions. This service does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

Trial and subscription

The free trial lasts 14 days from first workspace creation. No card is required and no automatic charge occurs at trial end. When live checkout is enabled, one business workspace costs $29 USD per month. Stripe displays actual totals and renewal terms before subscription. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through the billing portal. Contact support for billing errors or refund requests. Existing planning data remains exportable after the trial.

Cash review and funding

Customer-authorized reviews are planning assistance by 2C, not underwriting or a funding commitment. Cash Desk does not lend, purchase invoices, broker financing, verify receivables, guarantee approval, or execute financing contracts. Advance scenarios are illustrative; actual provider fees, recourse, disputes, reserve timing, and other terms may differ. No financing partnership is represented in this release.

Responsible use

Use the service for lawful business purposes and only data you are entitled to process. Do not attempt to access another workspace. AI usage is limited. We may suspend abuse. Keep exported copies of important plans; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, service is provided as available. 2C is not responsible for owner-entered errors, business decisions, or lost profits. Nothing excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
